Wake up!

alligator-stork

My friend Sheila Finkelstein took the above picture (she is an amazingly talented photographer and I recommend signing up for her free ezine at http://www.picturetoponder.com/ so you too can get weekly inspiration)

The naivitee of the stork to the danger of the nearby alligator sums up the attitude I had to life until recently and I believe it is shared by millions of you out there. We are not aware of what is coming in our future and we tend to be spectators rather than authors of our fate.

This website is dedicated as a wake up call to start really living your life. This involves making conscious decisions to improve all areas of your life – work, relationships, health etc so that you can really start living rather than existing.

I use my knowledge about how the brain works to help my clients make lasting changes to their lives so that they finally start achieving all they have been dreaming about.

From designing the best life they can imagine to taking the first steps of implementation, real and sustainable change is not only possible but becomes irresistible.

Katherine, thank you so much for the acknowledgment and referral to Picture to Ponder. It is a profound privilege for me to be sharing my view of the world, inspiring others to find theirs… often using a camera as the tool.

And, I can personally relate to very often being a spectator of my life rather than the author. Even though initially it seems like too much “work”, and it’s easier to stay in my comfort zone, it is certainly much richer and more fulfilling when I get proactive.

Much success to you as you continue claiming your leadership role in this world of creation and authoring.

To health, both physical and mental, and to peace and joy.

    Appreciatively,

    Sheila

Sheila, I hope that this blog will help you to start moving out of your comfort zone. You have so much to share with the world that playing small serves no-one. Step into your power, my friend and you will see that there is something better than comfort – a true nourishing of everything that is you.

On Wednesdays, I will be setting missions that will have you taking some small steps out of the hostage zone so I hope you will play along and report your progress.
